We advise, assist, and represent our clients in the issuance, registration and listing of all kinds of securities including equity instruments, bonds, notes, and commercial papers. We also provide advice and assistance to our clients in the design of structured financial transactions and derivatives, and in the securitization of assets, keeping in mind the client's objectives in light of the legal, tax, and regulatory considerations.

Our legal services include advice, assistance and representation for our clients in the conduct of due diligence reviews, and in the drafting, negotiation and filing of various agreements and documents required for the registration of the offering with the Securities and Exchange Commission and its listing with the Philippine Stock Exchange or the Philippine Dealing and Exchange Corporation.
