Marie Jourgen B. Endaluz

A Senior Associate of the Firm, Ms. Endaluz obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in 2012.

Before joining SL Law, Ms. Endaluz was one of the highest-ranking associates in her previous law firm.

Ms. Endaluz has been a member of various teams that conducted legal due diligence in connection with the acquisition, pre-development, and/or financing of target companies engaged in power generation, business process outsourcing, manufacturing, and real estate.

Since 2015, Ms. Endaluz has been involved in major antitrust work including merger control compliance with the Philippine Competition Commission for mergers and acquisitions with transaction values ranging from Php1 Billion to more than Php 100 Billion. In addition to merger control compliance, Ms. Endaluz also handled matters relating to competition enforcement, which includes rendering advice on cartel behavior, drafting of internal protocols for antitrust dawn raids, and risk management programs for enforcement activities.

She has also been part of the teams that acted as legal advisors in various government biddings for the design, construction, financing, operation, and maintenance of telecommunications projects, water projects, port projects, and railway projects.

In the field of securities law, Ms. Endaluz has also handled the listing of various securities and equity instruments in the Philippine Stock Exchange and the Philippine Dealing & Exchange Corp.

Outside of the firm, Ms. Endaluz enjoys spending time with her family. She also likes to discover new destinations, cuisines, things to watch, read, and listen to.
